Terms and Conditions of Freak House

Welcome to Freak House, a website that provides creative animation and other creative services to clients. By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement (the "Agreement"). If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or use the website.

Services

Freak House provides a variety of creative services, including but not limited to 2D animation, 3D animation, motion graphics, visual effects, illustrations, concept art, graphic design, and other creative services. The specific services offered and their associated costs will be detailed in a separate project proposal or contract.

Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information and materials for their project, including but not limited to scripts, storyboards, and reference materials. Clients must also approve all project milestones and deliverables in a timely manner. Clients must also comply with all laws and regulations related to their project and not use the services provided by Freak House for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

Price Variability 

The price quoted and invoiced may vary depending on the length of the project or any unexpected expenses or modifications made to the project. Two changes are complimentary for the project, any additional changes will be subject to additional charges.

Payment

Payment for services must be made in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in the project proposal or contract. If a client fails to make a payment, Freak House reserves the right to halt work on the project until payment is received.

Intellectual Property

The creative works created by Freak House are the intellectual property of the company. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the creative works for the specific purpose outlined in the project proposal or contract. Any other use of the creative works requires the express written consent of Freak House.

Warranties

Freak House warrants that the services provided will be performed in a professional and timely manner. However, Freak House does not warrant that the services will meet the specific needs or expectations of the client.

Limitation of Liability

Freak House will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the services or the website, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Freak House harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the use of the services or the website.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the use of the website and services. Any modifications to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
